The top 5 teams in each conference will make the play-offs. 
The #4 seed plays #5 seed...a play-in game. 
The winner will face the #1 seed.  #2 seed will play #3 seed. 
The winners will face each other to see who makes it to the 9-11 NCFFL Bowl.
